Cancellation Policy

• Low Season : If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of No-Show, the first night will be charged.
• High Season : If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of No-Show, 50% of amount will be charged.
• Peak Season : If cancelled up 21 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case No-Show, 100% of amount will be charged.
• Deposit : Deposit on website is 30 % of total amount and then the balance to pay direct to the hotel on arrival date.
• Note : The deposit is Non-refundable.

Resort Booking Conditions

• 30% deposit of total amount (Deposit Non-Refundable) is required to secure booking.
• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht currency inclusive of applicable government tax and service charge.
• Free pick-up service from Thong Sala Pier or Haad Rin Pier to the Resort. Please call the Resort for transfer request 1 day before arrival.
• Free Shuttle Service to Haadrin & Thong Sala - 1pm, 8pm everyday
• All room rates are inclusive of breakfast
• Free of charge for children under 12 years old sharing the same bed with parents, Compulsory Breakfast Surcharge at 100 THB/Meal/Child.
• Check-out time: 1 PM (13:00)
• Check-in time: 3 PM (15:00)

Resort Booking Restrictions

• Full Moon Reservation : A minimum stay 2 nights, and arrival date is at least 1 day before Full Moon date.
• Christmas & New Year Reservation: A minimum stay 7 nights.
